- • As an Account Executive at Huble Limited, you will drive new business growth by managing the full sales lifecycle for mid-market and enterprise clients across Belgium, leveraging HubSpot’s CRM ecosystem to deliver tailored marketing, AI, and digital transformation solutions. Your role is critical to expanding Huble’s market presence as HubSpot’s 2024 Global Partner of the Year, directly contributing to revenue targets through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and partnership execution.
- • You will qualify and nurture inbound leads, execute targeted outbound campaigns to decision-makers and influencers, and manage end-to-end sales processes including discovery meetings, solution scoping, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting HubSpot platform demonstrations, responding to RFPs and tenders, building customized commercial solutions, and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data in HubSpot and internal systems.
- • You will collaborate closely with Huble’s marketing, HubSpot sales, customer success, and channel teams to align on target account strategies, leverage partner ecosystems for co-selling opportunities, and ensure seamless handoffs post-close to drive customer retention and expansion. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high activity levels and forecast accuracy.
- • You will join a high-performing, values-driven team in Belgium led by Maxime Charbit, operating within a global consultancy culture that prioritizes human connection, innovation, customer-centricity, and teamwork. This role offers significant autonomy and impact, allowing you to shape your territory strategy while benefiting from Huble’s established brand reputation and partner status with HubSpot.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in complex B2B sales cycles within the MarTech and CRM space, refine your consultative selling and executive-level negotiation skills, and gain exposure to enterprise-grade digital transformation projects. You will develop strategic account planning capabilities, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and position yourself for advancement into senior sales or sales leadership roles within a fast-growing, award-winning global partner network.
