- ⢠As an Account Executive in Berlin, you will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Ideals Virtual Data Room in the German market, playing a critical role in the companyās expansion across the DACH region.
- ⢠You will own the full sales cycle, including prospecting 30-40 new customers monthly, managing a pipeline of 50+ opportunities, conducting outreach, networking, and in-person meetings, and closing deals with decision-makers in finance, banking, and advisory sectors.
- ⢠You will join a high-performing DACH Field Sales team within a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS company with over 17 years of experience in the virtual data room space, trusted by 2M+ users from 300K+ companies globally.
- ⢠You will develop expertise in enterprise sales, gain exposure to high-stakes M&A and financial transactions, receive structured onboarding and sales enablement support, and have opportunities to contribute to product feedback and company growth while building a career in a values-driven, high-growth organization.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠3+ years of demonstrable success in direct sales or business development within B2B or professional services sector
- ⢠Experience in high-velocity sales environments and effectively engaging with decision-makers
- ⢠Clear evidence of hunter mentality and a track record of managing pipelines and closing high-value deals
- ⢠Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
- ⢠Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and native-level fluency in German
- ⢠Based in Berlin or within a realistic commuting distance for in-person client meetings
