- • As Director of Strategic Accounts - NA at Invert Inc., you will drive revenue expansion in untapped biotech and pharma markets, directly accelerating the delivery of life-saving innovations by enabling scientists to access and act on complex bioprocess data faster and more reliably.
- • You will own the full sales lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts — from identifying greenfield opportunities and building long-term sales strategies to leading complex negotiations, closing high-value deals, and cultivating trusted relationships with C-suite executives across global life science organizations.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to build and maintain a robust pipeline, map key accounts across multiple business units, orchestrate strategic stakeholder meetings, and align internal teams to deliver cohesive, value-based solutions that address customer pain points and ROI goals.
- • You will refine and evolve Invert’s sales processes, contribute to a results-driven culture, and act as a trusted advisor by translating technical product capabilities into measurable business outcomes, leveraging your network to unlock collaboration opportunities in highly regulated, complex environments.
- • You will collaborate closely with a high-caliber team of scientists, engineers, and product builders who are deeply committed to creating trustworthy AI tools for regulated industries, operating in a fast-paced, remote-first, async-first culture with minimal bureaucracy and clear ownership.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales within the life sciences domain, master complex value-based selling frameworks, and gain direct exposure to cutting-edge AI applications in drug development — positioning yourself as a leader at the intersection of commercial strategy and scientific innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the life science or biotech industry
- • Demonstrated success in leading value-based sales cycles, aligning solutions to customer ROI and strategic goals rather than focusing on features
- • Experience building and executing comprehensive account plans across multiple business units in complex organizations, including C-suite engagement and stakeholder alignment
- • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and close bespoke commercial agreements in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- • Strong presentation skills, particularly in delivering compelling in-person pitches to multi-stakeholder audiences
- • Established network of connections within biotech and pharma to facilitate access to senior decision-makers
