- • Strategic Account Executive role focused on driving enterprise sales growth in the DACH region for a mission-driven fintech company combating financial crime by verifying identities for banks, neobanks, crypto platforms, and insurers across Europe.
- • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing high-value deals, leveraging MEDDPICC methodology to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes in banking, fintech, and B2B SaaS sectors.
- • Join a fast-scaling international company with ~250 employees across two European offices, representing over 50 nationalities, committed to protecting the global financial system through innovative identity verification solutions.
- • Develop deep expertise in financial crime prevention technology while building and executing strategic account plans targeting C-level executives, IT, security, and procurement teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- • Drive revenue growth through proactive outbound prospecting, event participation, and collaboration with marketing to convert leads into 6–7 figure enterprise deals with accurate CRM forecasting based on MEDDPICC hygiene.
- • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensure smooth handoffs, and maintain long-term customer success while owning end-to-end territory accountability.
- • Master advanced sales techniques including economic buyer identification, decision criteria mapping, paper process navigation, champion development, and competitive positioning to consistently outperform quotas in a high-growth market.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven culture where identity verification safeguards the global financial system, working in a diverse, international environment that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
- • Grow professionally by leading complex enterprise sales cycles, refining strategic account management skills, and gaining exposure to cutting-edge fintech solutions used by Tier 1 financial institutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales within banking, fintech, or B2B SaaS
- • Native German and strong English language skills
- • Proven track record of closing 6–7 figure deals in the DACH region
- • Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology
- • Established network in the financial services industry
