- ⢠As an Inbound Sales Representative for SME & Growth at Airwallex, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companyâs future growth engine by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads from inbound channels, directly contributing to the sales pipeline and revenue expansion in one of the worldâs most dynamic fintech companies.
- ⢠You will engage with prospects across multiple touchpointsâcold calls, emails, chat, and social mediaâto uncover business needs, qualify interest, and guide qualified leads through the buyer journey toward booking product demonstrations, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience that aligns with Airwallexâs mission to empower global businesses.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing structured outreach âplaysâ, presenting tailored product information based on prospect needs, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene by updating activity and contact information, meeting or exceeding SLAs on lead follow-up, and continuously testing and refining outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and team best practices.

- ⢠Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required to effectively engage with diverse SME prospects across Hong Kong and Greater China markets.
- ⢠Proven track record of top performance or prior success in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales development role, demonstrating consistent ability to meet or exceed lead qualification and outreach targets.
- ⢠Strong self-motivation and resilience to thrive in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions while maintaining consistent sales performance.
- ⢠Superior verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear, persuasive, and professional articulation of Airwallexâs value proposition to prospects and internal stakeholders.
- ⢠Process-driven mindset with experience in developing, documenting, and following efficient, scalable sales procedures, including CRM hygiene and activity tracking.
- ⢠Natural collaborator and team player who builds strong relationships with colleagues while maintaining the independence to work effectively on individual outreach and prospecting tasks.
