📋 Description
- • As a Manager, Sales Engineering at CrowdStrike, you will lead a team of Enterprise Sales Engineers responsible for driving adoption of the company’s AI-native cybersecurity platform, helping organizations stop breaches through next-generation endpoint protection.
- • You will articulate how current security solutions are designed and deployed, explain why they are failing, and guide your team in transforming customer perceptions about what’s possible with modern endpoint security technology.
- • You will serve as the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored security solutions.
- • You will mentor and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, fostering their ability to communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, while advancing your own leadership and technical expertise in enterprise cybersecurity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experienced in endpoint or network security space – including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, or related technologies
- • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to C-level executives and diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- • Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity or technical sales
- • Ability to travel as required
