- • Deliver polished, bilingual product demonstrations via Zoom and, when safe, in-person at shop locations; configure sample workflows that mirror each prospect’s exact make-model mix, labor matrix, and state inspection forms to make the value feel immediate and personal.
- • Build and maintain a 3x pipeline in HubSpot, meticulously logging every call, email, and text in both languages; forecast weekly with 90% accuracy so leadership can plan marketing spend and onboarding capacity down to the bay.
- • Partner with Marketing to localize campaigns—from Spanish-language Google Ads to WhatsApp nurture sequences—then feed real-time field intelligence back so messaging stays razor-sharp for Hispanic shop owners who represent 28% of our fastest-growing segment.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success to craft seamless handoffs; schedule joint kickoff calls within 24 hours of signature, ensuring every new client sees the same friendly face that closed the deal and hears a clear roadmap to their first 30 days of success.
- • Negotiate pricing and contract terms that balance growth and gross margin; creatively structure annual or multi-year agreements that lock in expansion revenue while respecting the cash-flow realities of family-run shops.
- • Travel up to 25% for regional trade shows like SEMA, AAPEX, and local Hispanic Chamber events, hosting bilingual booth demos and after-hours shop-owner dinners that turn tire-kickers into raving fans.
- • Become the voice of the Latino shop owner inside Tekmetric; host monthly "Voz del Taller" roundtables, surfacing product gaps and championing roadmap items such as Spanish-language invoices and integrated remesas payment options.
- • Hit aggressive but achievable milestones: Month-3 ramp to 50% quota, Month-6 full quota, Year-1 President’s Club at 125% quota with uncapped accelerators that can double OTE.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning; shadow senior AEs, complete MEDDICC certification, and present win-loss stories in our weekly Spanish-language sales huddle to level up the entire pod.
- • Leverage data to sharpen your craft: analyze call recordings with Gong, A/B test Spanish vs. English email subject lines, and iterate messaging until demos convert at 40%+ and sales cycle drops below 21 days.
- • Champion diversity in automotive tech; mentor junior SDRs from under-represented backgrounds and sit on Tekmetric’s DEI committee to ensure our product, marketing, and support feel welcoming to every shop owner, regardless of primary language.
