  • • Aggressively drive sales growth and market penetration of Ataraxis AI’s oncology products through direct, field sales to individual oncologists within a designated territory in California.
  • • Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with oncologists who treat breast cancer patients and other oncology cases supported by Ataraxis AI’s platforms.
  • • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing oncologist clients to ensure product adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for oncologists, delivering clear, accurate, and compelling presentations on the Ataraxis™ Breast platform and other AI-native diagnostic tools.
  • • Communicate the clinical and operational value of AI-based treatment selection tools to physicians, translating complex technical capabilities into actionable healthcare outcomes.
  • • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, with performance measured against established metrics and benchmarks.
  • • Utilize CRM systems and internal sales tools to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and document all customer interactions accurately and in real-time.
  • • Collaborate with clinical, product, and medical affairs teams to align sales efforts with product updates, clinical evidence, and physician feedback.
  • • Represent Ataraxis AI at medical conferences, symposia, and institutional meetings to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • • Stay informed on oncology treatment guidelines, competitive AI solutions, and regulatory developments affecting AI deployment in cancer care.
  • • Operate autonomously in a hyper-growth startup environment, demonstrating high initiative, resilience, and urgency in closing deals.
  • • Prioritize ruthlessly, manage time effectively, and consistently deliver exceptional results with minimal supervision.
  • • Contribute to shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy by providing frontline insights from oncologists and healthcare systems.
  • • Adhere to all compliance standards in pharmaceutical and AI healthcare sales, ensuring ethical and legal representation of products.
  • • Act as a brand ambassador for Ataraxis AI, embodying the company’s mission to impact at least 50% of new cancer cases by 2030 through precision medicine.
  • • Participate in regular training on AI technology, oncology science, and sales methodology to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated high-performance sales experience
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, with recognition such as President’s Club or Rookie of the Year
  • • Sales experience in oncology, especially breast cancer, strongly preferred
  • • Passionate about AI and innovation in healthcare with ability to communicate AI-based diagnostic solutions effectively
  • • Autonomous and capable of excelling independently in a hyper-growth startup environment
  • • Demonstrated resilience, urgency, and focus on closing deals in a highly competitive environment
