- • As an Account Executive at Alan SAS, you will drive full sales cycles from prospecting to onboarding, engaging directly with Founders, Heads of HR, and Finance leaders to transform how companies approach employee health benefits by replacing legacy insurers with Alan’s integrated digital health platform.
- • You will proactively generate leads through outbound outreach, community events, conference attendance, content creation, and market engagement — building deep empathy for customer pain points and feeding insights back to product and marketing teams to shape offerings that close critical gaps in the healthcare system.
- • You will collaborate closely with marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns, sponsorships, and initiatives that resonate with HR and Finance decision-makers, positioning Alan as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor.
- • Operating under Alan’s leadership principles — Mission is the Boss, Distributed Ownership, Radical Transparency, and Always Growing — you will own your outcomes, make asynchronous decisions based on shared information, and grow through direct, caring feedback and self-directed development.

- • Over time, you will develop deep expertise in B2B tech sales within the health and insurance space, master complex sales cycles involving regulated products like group health plans, and become a trusted advisor who helps employers turn health benefits from a cost center into a strategic investment in employee well-being and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1 to 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B technology sales
- • Proven experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through contracting and closing
- • Strong preference for candidates with experience selling to HR or Finance leaders in enterprise or mid-market settings
