- • As an Account Executive at WeTravel, you will drive growth in the US market by owning the full sales cycle for group and multi-day travel businesses, helping them scale through WeTravel’s fintech platform.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and build relationships with tour operators across the U.S., conduct product demos, manage your pipeline in HubSpot, follow up with leads to close deals, collaborate with onboarding and support teams, and share insights with product and marketing.
- • WeTravel is a fast-growing travel technology company headquartered in Amsterdam with a vibrant Chicago office in the Loop, where you’ll work 4 days per week in a collaborative, mission-driven sales team focused on empowering small business owners in the travel industry.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B SaaS sales, strengthen your consultative selling and CRM skills, gain deep industry knowledge in travel tech, and have clear pathways to increase earnings through uncapped commission while contributing to a purpose-driven team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- • Experience in inside sales via emails and calls, with comfort in outbound activity and cold calling
- • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to close, and track activity in HubSpot or similar CRM
- • Willingness to work primarily in-person (4 days/week) at the Chicago office and travel up to 10% for client visits

- • Attractive compensation with uncapped commission: base salary of $65,000 USD and On Target Earnings of $115,000 in Year 1, rising to $150,000 in Year 2
