  • • The Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between clients and Assurant, managing day‑to‑day business needs and ensuring a positive client experience while identifying growth opportunities and supporting new product initiatives.
  • • Day‑to‑day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders, delivering timely responses to inquiries, monitoring service performance against SLAs, escalating quality issues, meeting with senior client representatives, serving as Project Manager for client initiatives, identifying and managing new business opportunities, implementing program improvements to reduce expenses, monitoring key business metrics and revenue goals, preparing and delivering Business Reviews, analyzing program performance, facilitating claim adjudication, leading client meetings, managing contracting and re‑contracting processes, and ensuring proper approvals and execution of agreements.
