📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive, Commercial at Airwallex, you will drive the expansion of the company’s unified payments and financial platform in the US SME market, helping businesses manage global payments, spend, and treasury through tailored fintech solutions.
- • You will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and technical consultation to deal closure and early customer success—collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer outcomes in verticals like ecommerce, SaaS, and professional services.
- • You’ll join the SME & Growth Business team, a passionate group focused on empowering small and medium-sized enterprises with innovative financial tools, operating across 26 global offices with a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the San Francisco office per week.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in fintech and enterprise sales, contribute to process improvements and new vertical strategies, and grow your career by tackling high-impact challenges alongside world-class teammates at a company valued at US$8 billion and backed by top-tier investors.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or adjacent technologies, with proven success selling into small businesses
- • Track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution‑based selling environment
- • Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS / subscription businesses, spend management or finance teams, or other technology‑enabled / professional services verticals
- • Proven track record of consistent pipeline generation and outbound efforts
- • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
