- • As an Account Executive, Commercial (Bay Area) at Pure Storage, you will lead sales strategy and customer relationships for commercial accounts in the East Bay Area, driving revenue growth by evangelizing Pure’s all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions.
- • Day to day, you will build and nurture customer relationships, lead pursuit teams, develop account plans, manage a robust sales pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams and global partners to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development
- • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and delivering $5–$10M in annual revenue
- • Expertise leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders while fostering teamwork and shared ownership
- • Ability to assess, plan, and manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
- • Avid hunter with proven prospecting skills and the ability to navigate between boardroom and data center environments
- • Passionate about post-sales customer success and building long-term customer satisfaction
