  • • As a Commercial Account Executive at Vanta, you will drive net-new logo acquisition in the Commercial segment, playing a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint by closing high-value, six-figure deals and shaping go-to-market strategy for upmarket motion.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, managing 5+ six-figure opportunities per quarter through outbound efforts, inbound leads, and partner collaboration while engaging C-suite stakeholders with consultative, value-driven conversations.
  • • You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, solution engineers, and GRC specialists to tailor solutions, contribute to the upmarket playbook, and ensure accurate forecasting and quota attainment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • • Vanta is a mission-driven company helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and compliance automation, backed by a kind, talented team and rapid market growth in the trust management space.
  • • In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and complex deal strategy while contributing to the scaling of a category-defining platform used by thousands of companies to demonstrate real-time security and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in a closing Account Executive role with at least 4 years selling Upmarket B2B SaaS
  • • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed quota, including managing 5+ six-figure deals per quarter
  • • Strong outbound prospecting skills and experience independently building a robust pipeline
  • • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving CISO, CIO, CTO, and other senior leaders
  • • Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level buyers in technical and security-focused conversations
  • • Experience working both directly and through channel or partner networks
  • • Technically conversant enough to build credibility with security and IT leaders
  • • Highly consultative, customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering long-term value
  • • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • • Alignment with Vanta’s mission to secure and protect customer data through continuous trust
