  • • As an Account Executive, Commercial - French Speaking at Intercom, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across the EMEA SMB market by selling the Intercom Customer Service Suite, including the industry-leading AI agent Fin, to help businesses transform their customer experiences. This role is critical to Intercom’s mission of setting a new standard for customer service through AI-powered innovation, and your success will directly contribute to expanding the company’s footprint in key European markets while supporting its rapid growth trajectory.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle for deal sizes ranging from €20k to €250k ARR, including prospecting, discovery, value-based demos, negotiation, and closing, while partnering with SDRs and Marketing to generate and progress pipeline through a balanced mix of inbound qualification and targeted outbound efforts. Your day-to-day will involve leading incisive discovery sessions to uncover customer business problems, quantifying impact, and aligning stakeholders on a compelling Intercom value narrative, followed by delivering tailored product demonstrations that showcase how Fin and the Intercom Suite address specific goals and constraints. You will navigate complex procurement, security, and legal processes with cross-functional support, maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and communicate risks and upside with clarity, while also influencing the product roadmap by sharing structured market feedback and customer insights gathered from frontline interactions.
  • • You will join Intercom’s EMEA SMB Business sales team in Dublin, a high-performing, mission-driven group committed to pushing boundaries, building with speed and intensity, and delivering incredible value to customers. The team operates within Intercom’s radically open and accepting culture, where core values guide behavior, collaboration is encouraged, and employees are empowered to raise the bar for both teammates and customers. As a hybrid workplace, Intercom expects in-office presence at least three days per week to foster connection and collaboration, while still offering flexibility to work remotely.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling AI-powered customer service solutions, refine advanced sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, and strengthen your ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in the SMB segment. You will gain valuable experience in influencing product strategy through customer feedback, mastering commercial processes like pricing and security reviews, and building a repeatable, high-performance sales motion — all while being supported by Intercom’s investment in learning, upskilling, and career growth in an AI-evolving sales landscape.
