  • • As an Account Executive at Luminovo, you will be instrumental in defining how the company sells its supply chain software to electronics designers worldwide, joining as a pioneer alongside the first OEM-focused seller to establish the sales playbook for a high-growth customer segment.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building strategic consultative partnerships with mid-market and enterprise customers in the DACH region, generating €240k-€400k in qualified pipeline ARR per quarter, closing €60k-€100k in new ARR per quarter, delivering tailored product demos, proving measurable ROI through workshops, and mentoring junior AEs as the team scales.
  • • You will work closely with Clifton Lobo (VP Global Sales), Sebastian Schaal (Co-Founder), Inga Schwarz (Team Lead and Pioneer AE), Catharina Kuhwald (Chief of Staff), Max Hungenbach and RevOps, and cross-functional teams in Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive campaigns, onboarding, and product feedback.
  • • In this role, you can master the OEM sales motion, become an industry insider in electronics supply chains, develop consultative selling expertise using SPICED, own your sales metrics, and progress toward becoming an Enterprise AE or Team Lead with a clear growth path from mastering the product in months 1-6 to owning strategic accounts and mentoring peers after 18+ months.
