  • • As an Account Executive - DACH - Commercial at ElevenLabs, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and expanding enterprise accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your work will directly contribute to scaling ElevenLabs’ breakthrough voice AI technology in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets, helping businesses transform customer engagement, operational efficiency, and monetization through cutting-edge conversational AI solutions.
  • • You will own the full sales lifecycle for new business in the DACH region, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients in industries such as telecommunications, media, finance, and technology. This includes developing tailored value propositions, conducting product demonstrations, managing proof-of-concepts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prioritizing target accounts using data-driven insights, initiating outreach via email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings, conducting discovery calls to uncover business pain points, and aligning ElevenLabs’ platforms—ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI—to specific use cases like AI-powered customer support, virtual agents, content localization, and in-app voice experiences.
  • • You will continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging applications of generative AI in voice and audio to refine your sales approach and position ElevenLabs as a strategic innovation partner. This involves attending industry events, participating in internal enablement sessions, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to co-create go-to-market strategies.
  • • You will maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems, ensuring transparency and accountability while iterating on sales tactics based on feedback and performance data. Success in this role is measured by quota attainment, deal velocity, customer satisfaction, and expansion potential.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, with preference for exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
  • • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • • Fluency in both English and German, with a nuanced understanding of regional business cultures and communication styles in the DACH region
