- • As an Account Executive for the DACH region at Tandem Health, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint by introducing its clinician copilot platform to healthcare providers, driving new business, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include actively acquiring new customers through cold calling, appointment scheduling, product presentations, and closing deals; representing Tandem at trade fairs and industry events; building and maintaining relationships with physicians, practice managers, and decision-makers; strategically planning sales initiatives for the German healthcare market; collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to incorporate feedback; and using CRM tools to manage leads and ensure transparent sales tracking.
- • Tandem Health is a fast-scaling health-tech company reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first, backed by top investors and expanding globally. The company designs intuitive medical tools based on real-world clinical insights to improve patient care and workflow efficiency.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare sales, gain experience selling into regulated markets, refine your consultative selling and negotiation skills, and contribute directly to scaling a mission-driven product across the DACH region — positioning yourself for growth into senior commercial or leadership roles within a high-impact, innovative organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or healthcare
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to deliver compelling presentations
- • Native-level German and fluent English proficiency
