📋 Description

• As an Account Executive, Data Partnerships at Handshake Technologies, Inc., you will drive the sourcing of proprietary real-world data essential for training next-generation AI models by partnering with frontier AI labs and enterprise data owners.
• You will own the full lifecycle of enterprise data partnerships—from identifying and pitching targets to negotiating terms, closing agreements, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and ensuring signed deals convert into delivered datasets.
• Handshake AI is a rapidly growing division powering AI advancement through high-quality human data, working directly with top AI labs and backed by a mission to democratize career opportunity in the AI economy.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in data licensing, enterprise sales, and AI infrastructure while shaping how leading organizations contribute to and benefit from the future of AI model development.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a high-performance, client-facing role such as management consulting, investment banking, partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or strategic/data deals
• Proven track record of owning outcomes against quotas or metrics (revenue, deal value, client targets) with measurable results
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured plans, drive analysis to decisions, and communicate effectively with both C-suite executives and technical AI researchers
• Strong commercial judgment and structuring skills to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving legal, security, and compliance considerations
• Working understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) or ability to learn quickly
• Exceptional written communication and professional polish to represent Handshake AI to demanding partners
