- ⢠As an Account Executive for Deel IT in the Mid-Market segment, you will drive new business by selling Deelās integrated device lifecycle and IT management platform to companies with 200ā2,000 employees, helping global teams equip their workforce with the tools they need to perform at their best.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full sales cycleāfrom prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closeābuilding strong relationships, articulating the value of Deel ITās platform for device procurement, deployment, repair, and recovery across 120+ countries, and collaborating with BDRs to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- ⢠Youāll join a fast-growing, globally distributed team of over 7,000 people across 100+ countries, united by a mission to break down barriers in global work through innovative HR and IT infrastructure, backed by $1.1B in ARR and a $17.3B valuation.
- ⢠In this role, youāll accelerate your career by mastering complex B2B sales in a high-impact SaaS environment, developing expertise in selling technology solutions that power the future of work, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to mid-market customers navigating global team management.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent domains)
- ⢠Proven track record as a net new logo hunter in the mid-market (200ā2,000 employee) segment
- ⢠Strong ability to build and manage sales pipelines while collaborating effectively with BDRs
- ⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical value propositions
- ⢠Experience thriving in a fully remote, global team environment
