- • As an Account Executive for Deel IT in the Mid-Market segment, you will drive new business by selling Deel’s integrated IT solutions—including device procurement, deployment, repair, and recovery—to companies with 200 to 2,000 employees across the U.S., helping global teams equip their workforce with the tools they need to succeed.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, leveraging consultative selling techniques to articulate the value of Deel IT’s platform, build trusted relationships with decision-makers, and consistently exceed quota through disciplined pipeline management and strategic outreach.
- • You will join a high-performing, globally distributed sales team at Deel, a fast-growing SaaS leader backed by $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR, where innovation, ownership, and resilience are rewarded, and you’ll contribute to a mission of breaking down geographic barriers to work.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your enterprise sales expertise, deepen your knowledge of IT asset management and SaaS procurement, and develop leadership potential by owning complex deals and influencing cross-functional outcomes—positioning you as a top performer in the future of work technology space.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent)
- • Proven track record as a net new logo hunter in the mid-market (200–2,000 employee) segment
- • Strong ability to manage and accurately forecast sales pipeline, identify gaps, and consistently exceed targets
- • Experience collaborating across teams in a fast-scaling, remote-first environment
- • Demonstrated success in closing B2B software-led deals and building trusted customer relationships
