- • As an Account Executive for Deel IT in the EMEA region, you will drive new business growth by selling Deel’s IT solutions to mid-market companies (200–2,000 employees), directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling global hiring and compliance through its all-in-one HR and payroll platform.
- • You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing—building strong relationships with decision-makers, articulating the value of Deel IT’s product suite (including MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, and SaaS procurement), and consistently exceeding quota through strategic pipeline development and resilient execution.
- • You will join a high-performing, globally distributed sales team within Deel, a fast-growing SaaS leader with over 7,000 employees across 100+ countries, backed by a $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR, where innovation, diversity, and inclusion are core to the culture and your success is enabled by cutting-edge tools and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling complex B2B software solutions to mid-market enterprises, sharpen your consultative selling and negotiation skills, and position yourself as a trusted advisor in the future of work—gaining visibility and impact that accelerates your career trajectory within a category-defining company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent)
- • Proven track record as a net new logo hunter with success selling to mid-market (200–2,000 employee) companies
- • Strong ability to manage and execute full sales cycles independently, from prospecting to close
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate value propositions and build trust with stakeholders
- • Experience collaborating across teams in a fast-growing, remote-first environment
- • Ability to accurately forecast sales, identify pipeline gaps, and consistently exceed targets
