- • As an Account Executive for Deel IT - SMB, you will drive new business growth by selling Deel’s integrated IT equipment management solution to small and medium-sized businesses (up to 200 employees), helping global teams equip their workforce with devices and home office gear across 120+ countries.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, collaborating with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and delivering compelling presentations that articulate the value of Deel IT’s platform to win and retain customers.
- • You will join a fast-moving, globally distributed team of over 7,000 employees across 100+ countries at Deel, a $17.3B-valued SaaS leader recognized as the fastest-growing SaaS company in history, where innovation, diversity, and inclusion are core to the culture.
- • In this role, you will develop expert-level skills in SaaS sales, pipeline management, and enterprise-level deal execution while contributing to a mission that powers global work — gaining experience that positions you as a top-tier performer in the evolving future-of-work landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent domains)
- • Proven track record as a net new logo hunter with success selling software-led products to SMB customers
- • Strong ability to build and manage sales pipelines while collaborating effectively with BDRs and cross-functional teams
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate value propositions and navigate complex commercial deals
- • Demonstrated ownership mindset, accountability, and accuracy in forecasting and pipeline management
