- • As an Account Executive for DFR at Brinc Ltd., you will drive enterprise sales of life-saving drone and public safety technology solutions to law enforcement agencies, Real Time Crime Centers, and Drone as First Responder programs, directly supporting the company’s mission to enhance public safety and enable de-escalation-focused responses.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include proactively developing and closing enterprise opportunities in your assigned territory, building trusted relationships with public safety leaders, managing a high-value sales pipeline from discovery to close, serving as the primary contact for strategic accounts, collaborating with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales experiences, conducting weekly territory and pipeline reviews, and staying informed on public safety trends and competitor activity.
- • You will join a mission-driven, innovative team at Brinc Ltd., a company that has deployed its solutions across over 600 public safety agencies in the U.S., raised over $150M from top-tier investors, and is dedicated to equipping first responders with cutting-edge tools to save lives through technology.

🎯 Requirements
- • Enterprise-level, quota-carrying field sales experience with a consistent record of 85%+ quota attainment
- • Demonstrated success selling DFR solutions, RTCC technology, or comparable complex public safety systems
- • Strong relationships with senior leadership and command staff in law enforcement/public safety
- • Ability to travel domestically 50%+ of the time to meet with agencies
- • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred)
- • Military or law enforcement background is a plus (not required)
