📋 Description

  • As an Account Executive Director – Crypto and Stablecoins at Socure Inc., you will drive strategic growth in a high-impact, emerging vertical by owning a greenfield territory and leading enterprise sales efforts for AI-powered identity and fraud solutions. This role is critical to expanding Socure’s market presence in the rapidly evolving crypto and stablecoins sector, where trust, compliance, and real-time verification are paramount. You will help shape the future of digital identity infrastructure by enabling secure, scalable onboarding for innovative financial platforms.
  • Day to day, you will lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, targeting high-value SaaS deals with fast-growing crypto and blockchain companies; develop and execute expansion strategies across greenfield opportunities and existing accounts to deepen product adoption and maximize lifetime value; build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound efforts and executive-level engagement with C-suite and technical stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor by aligning Socure’s complex identity verification and fraud prevention solutions with customer needs in risk management, compliance, and digital trust; collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to relay market insights, influence roadmap priorities, and ensure solution-market fit; deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and performance reports to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making; and represent Socure at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and elevate brand visibility in the crypto ecosystem.

  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling advanced identity and fraud solutions within one of the most dynamic and regulated sectors — crypto and stablecoins — while honing your ability to navigate complex technical sales cycles and influence product strategy through direct customer feedback. You will have the opportunity to build a book of business from the ground up, establish Socure as a trusted partner in digital identity for blockchain innovators, and grow into broader leadership roles as the company scales its vertical-specific go-to-market motion.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–9+ years of proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a consistent track record of closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Demonstrated success selling identity verification, fraud prevention, risk management, or related security solutions in highly technical environments
  • Proven experience in one or more key verticals, specifically crypto and stablecoins, with understanding of the unique compliance, trust, and onboarding challenges in this space
  • Ability to lead value-based, consultative sales conversations and craft tailored solutions for C-level executives, including CROs, CTOs, and Chief Compliance Officers
  • Strong comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments and proven ability to build scalable sales processes from scratch
