- • Serve as a bilingual Spanish-English Sales Development Representative to generate and nurture leads for a roofing and home renovation company.
- • Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, SMS, and email using the Phone Burner system with local numbers to establish initial contact.
- • Pre-qualify incoming and outbound leads to determine product suitability and schedule sales demos or meetings for the sales team.
- • Maintain and update the Job Nimbus CRM by tagging lead stages, adding detailed call notes, and ensuring accurate pipeline tracking.
- • Follow up consistently with leads through automated and manual channels using Go High Level to maximize conversion potential.
- • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to align lead generation efforts with broader sales strategies and objectives.
- • Set and track personal sales goals to contribute to overall revenue growth and report performance metrics regularly.
- • Handle initial customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact, providing timely and professional responses.
- • Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, then compile results into structured reports or datasheets for analysis.
- • Perform general administrative tasks including managing online calendars (e.g., Google Calendar), organizing contact lists, and maintaining documentation.
- • Utilize MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for reporting, data entry, and communication purposes.
- • Operate required technical equipment including a USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, and a computer with minimum 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- • Ensure reliable internet connectivity with a primary speed of at least 25 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
- • Work a scheduled shift from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, adhering to time zone requirements for remote operations.
- • Engage in paid training programs to develop product knowledge, CRM proficiency, and sales techniques.

🎯 Requirements
- • Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course
- • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- • Native or fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- • Experience using Job Nimbus CRM for lead tracking and pipeline management
- • Experience using Phone Burner for outbound calling with local numbers
- • Technical proficiency with CRM systems, VoIP, cloud services, MS Office, and online scheduling tools
