- • As a Key Account Manager at Alan SAS, you will manage a portfolio of strategic public sector accounts, ensuring client retention and growth by building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and driving adoption of Alan’s integrated health insurance and prevention platform.
- • Day to day, you will onboard new accounts, analyze and present consumption data during business reviews, proactively address dissatisfaction signals, renegotiate contracts for mutual value, and collaborate with product teams to voice customer needs and influence service evolution.
- • You will join Alan’s Account Management team, founded in 2020 and now 30+ strong, operating with high ownership and speed to solve complex problems in a mission-driven culture focused on transforming healthcare through prevention-first insurance.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in public sector dynamics, health insurance markets, and strategic negotiation while developing advanced analytical and communication skills, all within a company serving 1M+ members and generating €800M+ ARR across 40K+ partner companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role with frequent C-level interactions, preferably in the public sector
- • Full working proficiency in French (excellent oral and written communication)
- • Advanced level in English
- • Experience dealing with very large organizations and potentially with unions
- • Strong analytical skills and comfort presenting deep data analysis to clients
- • Growth mindset with ability to adapt to new trends and develop in-depth understanding of the health insurance market
