📋 Description

• As an Account Executive Director, Payments & Lending at Socure, you will drive strategic growth across a greenfield territory by owning full-cycle sales for AI-powered identity and fraud solutions, targeting high-value SaaS deals in the payments and lending verticals.
• You will lead both new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, developing strategies to deepen product adoption and maximize account value through consultative selling and executive-level engagement.
• You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align on customer needs, influence the product roadmap, and represent Socure at industry events to strengthen client relationships.
• You will deliver accurate pipeline forecasts, support strategic planning, and build scalable processes in a high-growth environment while navigating ambiguity and owning outcomes like a true stakeholder in the company’s mission to verify 100% of good identities and stop fraud before it starts.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–9+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a consistent record of closing large, complex deals
• Experience selling identity verification, fraud prevention, or related risk management solutions
• Demonstrated success in one or more key verticals: lending, payments, or telecommunications
• Ability to drive value-based conversations and craft tailored solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Background selling fraud, identity, big data, or security solutions in highly technical environments
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building scalable processes in high-growth settings
