  • • As an Account Executive Director, Tier 1 Banks at Socure, you will lead strategic growth in a high-impact, greenfield territory focused on selling AI-powered identity and fraud prevention solutions to the nation’s largest financial institutions. This role is critical to expanding Socure’s presence in the Tier 1 banking vertical, where you will own end-to-end sales cycles, shape market adoption, and directly contribute to the company’s mission of verifying 100% of good identities in real time while stopping fraud before it starts. Your work will influence not only revenue growth but also the broader integrity of digital identity infrastructure across the economy.
  • • On a day-to-day basis, you will: lead full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close, targeting high-value SaaS deals with Tier 1 banks; develop and execute expansion strategies for both new greenfield opportunities and existing accounts to maximize product adoption and account value; build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound efforts and executive-level engagement with C-level stakeholders in fraud, risk, and digital identity teams; consultatively sell complex technical solutions by aligning Socure’s AI-driven identity verification and fraud prevention platforms with customer business needs; collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to relay customer insights and influence the product roadmap; deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making; and represent Socure at industry events and client meetings to deepen relationships and strengthen market presence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7–9+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals
  • • Demonstrated success selling identity verification, fraud prevention, or related risk management solutions
  • • Proven experience selling into tier 1 banks or other highly regulated financial institutions
