📋 Description

• As an Account Executive at Billups LLC, you will play a key role in supporting the Client Services function by managing client relationships and contributing to the growth of Out-of-Home (OOH) media campaigns through data-driven planning and execution.
• Day to day, you will support client management, assist in media plan development including RFP collation, grid development, and platform/mapping, maintain campaign files, track activation timelines, liaise with vendors for artwork approval, and ensure timely delivery of Proof of Posting (POP) and campaign reporting.
• Billups LLC is a global OOH media innovator with patented technology and proprietary AI, operating in 20+ countries with a team of 400+, focused on helping brands connect with audiences in physical spaces through precision, intelligence, and impact.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in OOH media planning and buying, strengthen your analytical and communication skills, gain experience in client relationship management, and build a foundation for career growth in media planning, account management, or business development within the advertising and marketing technology space.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Foundation in the planning process including RFP collation, grid development, platform/mapping, planning tools, posting instructions, and creating POP reports
• Base knowledge of the OOH media landscape including client and supplier news and activity
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain high accuracy
