- • As the first Account Executive for EMEA at Airops Inc., you will own the entire sales cycle across the UK, DACH, Nordics, Southern Europe, and beyond, building the company’s presence in Europe from the ground up with no territory handoffs.
- • You will drive new revenue generation by managing pipeline development, deal progression, and closing deals independently, while maintaining forecast integrity and serving as the primary point of contact for senior decision-makers.
- • You will join a high-performing, venture-backed AI startup experiencing hyper-growth, with a proven product and sales playbook, now expanding into EMEA with your leadership shaping the regional go-to-market strategy.
- • In this role, you will gain deep experience in international market expansion, refine your ability to sell complex AI-driven solutions to C-suite buyers, and help define how Airops wins in European markets through direct customer feedback and strategic input.
🎯 Requirements
- • Full-cycle sales experience with end-to-end ownership of prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing without reliance on handoffs
- • Proven ability to sell to and build relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across complex sales cycles
- • Experience opening new markets or territories from scratch, including creating pipeline and establishing go-to-market motions in undefined environments
- • Comfort operating across diverse European markets, understanding cultural and buying nuances in regions such as the UK, Germany, France, and the Nordics
- • Experience selling to Marketing or Growth leaders (nice-to-have)
- • Familiarity with AI, content, or SEO tooling categories (nice-to-have)
- • Fluency in a second European language (nice-to-have)
