This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to blend your customer service acumen with a deep understanding of client retention strategies, directly contributing to the sustained growth of our global platform.
- • You will own a significant portfolio of client accounts, meticulously managing their renewal cycles to safeguard and enhance revenue streams. This involves proactive engagement with customers, typically within a four-week window leading up to their renewal date, to ensure a seamless transition and continued partnership.
- • Your primary objective will be to drive retention and achieve ambitious individual and team revenue goals. This requires a strategic approach to identifying opportunities for revenue preservation, whether through skillful negotiation, strategic adjustments to service agreements, or by effectively reinforcing the immense value PartsBase provides to their operations.
- • A crucial aspect of this role involves building and nurturing strong customer relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for clients discussing renewal terms, pricing structures, and specific account details. Your ability to address concerns, answer pricing questions, and manage contract adjustments with professionalism and strategic insight will be paramount to fostering long-term customer loyalty.
- • Maintaining consistent follow-up according to established team processes is essential. By building positive relationships, you will create an environment where customers feel valued and understood, thereby supporting sustained retention and reducing churn.

You will be expected to meticulously review account details for any discrepancies and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary clarifications.
- • Before handing off completed renewals to our Customer Success Managers, you must ensure all documentation is completed with the highest degree of accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- • Process compliance and efficient handoff coordination are critical to operational excellence. You will adhere to structured workflow timelines, diligently working two months ahead of renewal dates to maintain a proactive stance.
- • Maintaining up-to-date tracker documentation and accurately reflecting task completion status will be a daily requirement. Timely transition of completed renewals to Customer Success Managers is vital for their success and the overall client experience.
- • You will be responsible for escalating issues that may pose a risk to retention or revenue, ensuring that potential challenges are addressed swiftly and effectively by the appropriate teams.
- • This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers on pricing approvals, special circumstances, and account adjustments, ensuring a unified approach to client management.
- • Coordination with the Accounts Receivable department regarding outstanding balances that could impact renewals is also a key function, ensuring financial clarity and smooth renewal processes.
- • Effectively communicating account risks or high-impact opportunities to leadership will provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- • Performance in this role will be measured against key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue retention percentage, renewal completion timelines, and task management compliance. Meeting and exceeding these metrics is essential.
- • You will be expected to consistently meet quality and accuracy standards in all your work, reflecting the high caliber of service expected at PartsBase.
- • Active participation in weekly team planning meetings and a proactive contribution to process improvement initiatives will be encouraged, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement and shared learning.
