  • • As one of the first GTM sales roles at Geordieai Inc., you will own your territory across Europe, sourcing pipeline, building channel relationships, and running tight Proof of Concept processes to close deals that matter and help define what great GTM looks like at the company.
  • • Day to day, you will prospect, cold call, and build pipeline yourself; become a deep expert on the Geordie platform to run flawless demos; lead discovery sessions, product demos, and proof-of-concept engagements; maintain rigorous CRM discipline in Hubspot; own post-close customer relationships; and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • • Geordieai Inc. is building the platform enterprises rely on to govern their AI agents safely and is growing fast. As an early-stage startup, you will help shape the GTM function from the ground up — coaching peers, sharing what works, and raising the bar for the whole team while working intelligently and efficiently using AI agents in your workflows.
  • • In this role, you will learn to master complex enterprise sales cycles, become a trusted advisor to technical and executive stakeholders, develop channel and partner relationships, influence product direction through customer insights, and build scalable GTM processes and culture as a foundational member of the sales team.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota in a SaaS or cybersecurity sales role.
  • • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles including RFPs, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • • Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and cold calling — you've built pipeline, not just worked it.
  • • Demonstrated success working with channel and technology partners in joint selling motions.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to both technical and executive audiences.
  • • Strong discovery, listening, and problem-solving skills — able to assess customer challenges and design effective paths forward.
