- • As an Account Executive - Enterprise at Tapcheck Inc., you will drive revenue growth by selling an innovative on-demand pay solution that addresses financial wellness challenges for employees in industries such as QSRs, Retail, and Healthcare. Your work will directly impact both employer productivity and employee financial stability by eliminating reliance on high-interest payday loans and enabling early access to earned wages.
- • You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, identify and engage high-value prospects in companies with 5,000–20,000 employees through outbound efforts, deliver compelling product demonstrations, negotiate and close complex sales agreements, and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service. Collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams will be essential to ensure alignment, customer satisfaction, and retention.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the technology industry, targeting mid-market to enterprise clients (5,000–20,000 employees)
- • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through strategic prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex deals
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered
- • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools to track activities and forecast accurately
- • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level and HR decision-makers
- • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of thriving in remote or hybrid sales environments
