- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Zapier, you will drive revenue by selling the company’s automation platform to enterprise customers with 1K–5K employees, playing a key role in expanding Zapier’s upmarket presence.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying customer needs and navigating complex multi-party deals to closing enterprise software agreements over $100K, while collaborating with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps teams.
- • You will join Zapier’s founding Upmarket Sales team within a fast-growing, profitable, and mission-driven company that leads the no-code automation space and values innovation, autonomy, and impact.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, influence product strategy through customer feedback, and grow your ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders while working in a fully remote, flexible environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven success selling horizontal SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations, with experience in automation, integrations, and tech stack efficiency.
- • Demonstrated track record of closing enterprise software deals over $100K and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier, with the ability to articulate their value in modern tech ecosystems.
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging both executive buyers and technical end users.
- • Comfort discussing IT concerns such as security, scalability, compliance, and performance with credibility and confidence.
- • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, take ownership of outcomes, and use AI tools intentionally and consistently in your workflow.
