- • As an Enterprise Account Executive for NICE Cognigy in South Texas, you will drive expansion of the company’s AI-powered customer experience platform in the U.S. market by acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and partners, aligning Cognigy’s Agentic AI solutions with high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include representing NICE Cognigy to generate awareness and new ARR, achieving ARR and ACV booking targets, closing deals through both direct and partner channels, building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline, managing full sales cycles from account planning to close, coordinating RFP/RFI responses, and representing the company at trade fairs and industry events.
- • You will join a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative global team at NICE Cognigy, the AI-first CX platform leader backed by NICE Ltd., a market leader serving 25,000+ global businesses including 85 of the Fortune 100, with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries and a strong focus on AI, cloud, and digital innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales expertise, master complex deal structuring and ROI communication, strengthen your ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, and grow your career within a company that offers extensive internal mobility across roles, disciplines, and locations.

- • Proven track record of success in selling SaaS or technology solutions, particularly in UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI domains
- • Hunter mentality with a passionate drive to win and independently advance opportunities
- • Ability to create and communicate complex deal structures and ROI models to technical and business stakeholders
- • Confidence navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles, especially engaging SVP and C-level executives
- • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage complex sales processes effectively
- • Professional communication abilities with a customer-centric, personable demeanor
