- • As an Account Executive, Enterprise for Greater China at Deel, you will drive sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients, focusing on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
- • You will own a targeted account list of companies with 2,000+ employees, develop account plans for winning business, meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets, and continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaboration with sales development reps, and managing inbound prospects.
- • You will navigate enterprise organizations to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level decision makers, while maintaining accurate Salesforce records of customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
- • You will work alongside sales team members, marketing professionals, and customer success teams to drive significant revenue and position Deel as a trusted partner in the global HR and payroll industry, contributing to the company’s mission of unlocking global opportunity for every person, team, and business.
🎯 Requirements
- • Relevant experience in SaaS sales in the Enterprise segment
- • A track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role
- • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives
- • Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
- • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
