- • As an Account Executive, Enterprise for 1Password, you will manage a territory focused on companies with 2501+ employees, driving new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts through strategic sales initiatives in the Enterprise sector.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, building and managing sales pipelines, conducting in-person meetings and events, engaging C-suite stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address complex identity and access management challenges.
- • You will be part of a high-performing, mission-driven cybersecurity company that has surpassed $400M in ARR, been recognized on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four consecutive years, and serves over 180,000 businesses globally with its market-leading password manager and Unified Access Management platform.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise cybersecurity sales, master complex sales cycles lasting 6–12 months, refine your ability to articulate technical value to non-technical executives, and contribute to the digital safety of millions by helping organizations securely adopt SaaS and AI tools.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- • Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and uncovering customer pain points beyond initial disclosures, with advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management
- • Proficiency in Salesforce, with consistent and accurate documentation of the full sales cycle, and experience with MEDDPICC, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach preferred
