📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive at Bluesight, you will drive consistent revenue growth within the hospital pharmacy market by selling KitCheck, a medication intelligence solution that enhances efficiency, safety, and visibility for health systems and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- • You will manage end-to-end sales processes, target VP and Director-level contacts in new and existing accounts, and collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Clinical Strategy, and the VP of Sales to build pipeline and close new business.
- • Bluesight is a high-growth healthcare IT company with over 2,300 customers, a fast-paced yet established culture, and a mission to ensure the right medicine reaches the right patient at the right time.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS sales within the healthcare sector, refine your ability to sell complex solutions to hospital executives, and contribute directly to company growth while earning uncapped commission-based incentives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven SaaS selling experience
- • Experience selling into hospitals or IDNs (Integrated Delivery Networks) is a plus
- • Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes and target VP/Director-level stakeholders
- • Self-motivated hunter mindset with a track record of closing small to mid-sized opportunities
- • Collaboration skills to work effectively with Marketing, Business Development, Clinical Strategy, and sales leadership
- • Based anywhere in the U.S. (remote-friendly)
