- • As an Account Executive, Enterprise at Deel, you will drive revenue growth by selling the company’s all-in-one payroll and HR platform to large enterprises with 2,000+ employees across North America, directly contributing to Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity for every person, team, and business.
- • You will own a targeted account list, develop strategic account plans, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborate with sales development reps, maintain accurate Salesforce data, and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets while engaging C-level stakeholders in PeopleOps, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
- • You will join a fast-moving, globally distributed team of 7,000+ employees across 100+ countries, part of the fastest-growing SaaS company in history with a $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR, where innovation, inclusivity, and impact are central to the culture and your work will influence how global talent connects with world-class companies.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience selling in the Enterprise segment
- • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role
- • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives
- • Hunter mentality with strong sales DNA and a continuous learning mindset
- • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take on increasing responsibility
