📋 Description

  • Serve as an Enterprise Account Executive covering named accounts in New York, New York, driving strategic revenue growth through consultative selling and long-term client relationship management.
  • Prospect, engage, and qualify enterprise-level leads in the Northeast USA region, identifying customer pain points and aligning Arctic Wolf’s cybersecurity solutions to their specific needs.
  • Conduct end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing of complex enterprise deals within the cybersecurity and IT solutions space.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, technical pre-sales, and legal to ensure seamless customer experiences and achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM platforms and sales tools to track progress, forecast accurately, and prioritize high-value accounts.
  • Travel to New York City up to 50% of the time to meet with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent on-the-ground presence in the Northeast market.
  • Deliver tailored, value-driven presentations and demos of the Aurora Platform and Managed Detection and Response services to C-level executives, IT leaders, and security teams.
  • Leverage deep understanding of cybersecurity industry trends to position Arctic Wolf as a trusted advisor and market leader in security operations.
  • Adhere to Arctic Wolf’s Information Security policies and standards in all customer interactions and data handling activities.
  • Maintain a high-performance, self-driven work ethic in a fully remote environment while meeting or exceeding individual and team revenue objectives.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities within the enterprise account base.
  • Participate in on-camera video interviews as a standard part of the hiring process to ensure authentic engagement and transparent communication.
  • Support company initiatives around diversity, inclusion, and community responsibility by embodying Arctic Wolf’s core values and Pack Unity principles.
  • Comply with all U.S. export control regulations, including EAR, and pass required background checks prior to employment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be located in the Northeast, USA
  • Proven expertise in software sales with a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative selling, account management, and fostering long-term enterprise client relationships
  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
