- • As an Account Executive, Enterprise at Deel, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships within existing accounts in Spain, directly contributing to the company’s mission of unlocking global opportunity through its all-in-one payroll and HR platform for distributed teams.
- • You will manage a designated portfolio of prospective and existing enterprise accounts, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as HR leaders, finance directors, and operations executives to understand complex global workforce challenges and position Deel as the trusted solution for compliant, scalable international hiring and payroll.
- • You will lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery through tailored solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closing, ensuring alignment with client needs while effectively communicating Deel’s value proposition in HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management.
- • You will maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline through disciplined outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and consistent CRM hygiene, providing reliable forecasts and updating opportunity stages, activities, and account details to support predictable revenue attainment.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Legal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, address feedback, and align product insights with market demands, contributing to both customer satisfaction and internal innovation.
- • You will consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while gathering and relaying customer feedback, market trends, and product improvement ideas to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and enhance Deel’s platform offerings.
- • You will operate within a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment that values a growth mindset, proactive problem-solving, and resilience, enabling you to refine advanced sales methodologies and deepen expertise in global employment solutions.
- • You will join a globally distributed team of over 7,000 employees across 100+ countries, speaking 74 languages, where diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning are foundational to Deel’s culture and its recognition as a CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, and Deloitte Fast 500 company.
- • You will develop expertise in enterprise sales within the HR tech space, gaining exposure to complex multi-stakeholder deals, AI-powered compliance tools, and scalable global payroll infrastructure—positioning you as a leader in the future of work transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving revenue targets and managing full sales cycles in enterprise or complex sales environments.
- • Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) to effectively engage clients and stakeholders in the Spain market.
- • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology companies, with familiarity in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or customer-centric selling considered a strong plus.
- • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined data hygiene.
- • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
- • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a growth orientation and willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and contribute to team success.
