- • As an Account Executive, Enterprise - West at CodeRabbit, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the company’s Enterprise Sales team from the ground up, working directly with founders and the GTM leadership to drive revenue growth through strategic enterprise deals.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively building a book of business through outbound sales efforts, identifying target ICP accounts, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, and continuously improving sales processes and playbooks while maintaining an active pipeline.
- • You will join a fast-growing, innovative R&D company focused on creating next-generation Gen AI-driven code reviewers that combine human ingenuity with advanced language models to transform software development efficiency and quality.
- • In this role, you will develop deep product expertise, become a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders, refine your enterprise sales skills in a high-impact startup environment, and have the opportunity to grow into leadership as the company promotes from within.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, closing role with a consistent track record of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to understand complex software and engage effectively with highly technical prospects and business stakeholders
- • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of the Message, and comfort managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
