- • As a Sales Enablement Coach at PartsBase Inc., you will play a critical role in elevating the performance of U.S.-based B2B sales professionals by delivering structured coaching, onboarding, and performance development in a fully remote, innovative aviation technology environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales coaching sessions across the full sales cycle, facilitating role-plays and call reviews, leveraging AI-powered platforms like Hyperbound and Yoodli for scalable training, performing quality assurance evaluations using CRM and call data, and translating insights into personalized development plans.
- • You will join a mission-driven, team-focused organization that serves over 7,600 aviation companies across 217 countries, where culture, collaboration, and innovation are central to success, and where your contributions directly impact sales effectiveness and customer relationships.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-enabled sales coaching, refine your ability to analyze sales performance data, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership, and gain exposure to cutting-edge enablement technologies in a high-growth SaaS aviation marketplace.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, aviation, aerospace, or solution-based selling environments
- • Hands-on experience with AI-driven sales coaching and role-play platforms (e.g., Hyperbound, Yoodli, FullyRamped, or similar tools)
- • 1–3 years of experience in sales coaching, training, or enablement-focused roles
- • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, LMS platforms, and call recording software
- • Ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
