📋 Description

• As an Account Executive (EU) at Workshop Technologies, Inc., you will drive revenue growth by selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients across Europe, based in Dublin with quarterly travel to Omaha HQ.
• Day to day, you will deliver tailored product demonstrations, generate leads through cold outreach, manage the full sales cycle, maintain CRM records, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
• Workshop is a venture-backed SaaS startup headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, focused on improving internal employee communications through multi-channel campaign tools, with a mission to create more happy Mondays for employees worldwide.
• In this role, you will develop advanced sales expertise, master SaaS sales methodologies, build a strong professional network in enterprise tech, and have clear pathways to senior sales or leadership positions as the company scales rapidly.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of sales experience or a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while pursuing new opportunities and juggling competing priorities
