- • As an Account Executive (Europe) at Neural Concept SA, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical sales expertise to introduce cutting-edge AI-powered design and simulation solutions to leading engineering enterprises across Europe. This role is critical to expanding the company’s market presence in high-value industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, and energy, where Neural Concept’s technology enables faster, more efficient, and higher-performing product development.
- • You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and developing strategic account plans tailored to the technical and business needs of data science, engineering, IT, and cloud infrastructure teams. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting technical discovery calls, delivering product demonstrations aligned with customer pain points, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and forecasting sales performance with precision.
- • You will also focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with internal teams—including product, marketing, and customer success—will be essential to align solutions with customer feedback and market demands.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10 years of experience in highly technical enterprise SaaS sales with 9-12 month sales cycles
- • Mandatory engineering background with exposure to CAD/CAE software or related engineering tools
- • Proven experience closing deals in the CHF 100,000 to CHF 1,000,000+ range
- • Experience selling to data science/engineering teams, IT & cloud infrastructure teams
- • Experience selling into the Industrial & Manufacturing industry (preferred)
- • Strong interpersonal communication skills, professionalism, and ethical conduct
