  • • As an Account Executive Expansion, MM at Deel, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within the mid-market segment in Japan, directly contributing to the company’s mission of unlocking global opportunity through its all-in-one payroll and HR platform.
  • • You will manage a designated list of prospective and existing accounts, build relationships with key stakeholders, identify and develop new business opportunities, lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, present tailored solutions that communicate Deel’s value proposition, maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts, collaborate cross-functionally with SDR, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Legal teams, ensure accurate CRM data and forecasting, meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product and strategy.
  • • You will join a globally distributed, high-performing team of over 7,000 people across 100+ countries who speak 74 languages and are united by a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and inclusion—driving Deel’s recognition as a CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, and Deloitte Fast 500 company with a 4.83 average rating from 15,000+ reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving revenue targets and managing full sales cycles
  • • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to build relationships in multi-stakeholder environments
  • • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments and familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) is a strong plus
