  • • Senior Sales Development Representative role focused on generating pipeline for enterprise and strategic accounts while serving as a peer mentor and leader within the SDR organization.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include exceeding monthly quota by setting qualified meetings for senior Account Executives, owning multi-threaded prospecting strategies via phone, email, social media, and direct mail, partnering with AEs on territory and account planning, developing creative outbound campaigns targeting senior decision-makers, mentoring newer SDRs through playbook sharing and call reviews, contributing to outbound motion evolution by testing messaging and tools, internalizing CloudZero’s strategic narrative for nuanced conversations, and maintaining accurate activity and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • • CloudZero is a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales organization where Sr. SDRs act as a critical bridge between SDR and AE teams, directly fueling company growth through pipeline generation and setting standards in craft, creativity, and ownership that shape team performance.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your impact in enterprise sales, develop leadership and coaching skills, master advanced outbound strategies for technical buyers, gain visibility within a growing SaaS company, and position yourself for progression into an Account Executive or related role.
