- • As an Account Executive, Expansion, SMB for the Nordics at Deel, you will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within the small and medium business segment across Nordic markets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients to understand their needs, explaining product value, maintaining accurate Salesforce data, resolving complaints, and acting as a client advocate to improve the buyer experience.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to fulfill client needs, bring product development insights, and share competitive intelligence to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention.

🎯 Requirements
- • Located in EMEA
- • 3+ years of closing sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years selling into the Nordics market
- • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business
- • SFDC proficiency
- • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction
- • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish
