📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive, Field for Cars.com Inc., you will be essential to driving success in the automotive industry by serving as the primary point of contact for customers in the Allentown, Pennsylvania territory, focusing on customer retention, growth, and net new business generation.
- • Day to day, you will sell products and services to existing and prospective customers, maintain relationships through in-person visits within your territory, respond to client inquiries, execute sales strategies, identify upsell opportunities, prepare value-communicating reports, and collaborate across selling and servicing teams to maximize customer value from the Cars Commerce Platform.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in automotive sales and SaaS solutions, strengthen your consultative selling and negotiation skills, deepen your business acumen, and achieve consistent quota attainment while growing professionally in a supportive, values-based culture that rewards ownership and collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities
- • 2-5+ years of relevant sales experience
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • Demonstrated consistent quota attainment track record with a continuous desire to win
- • Overall experience selling advertising or complex SaaS/software solutions to business leaders
- • Excellent planning and solutions selling experience
- • Ability to conduct in-depth sales presentations including product demonstrations
- • Proven persuasion and negotiation skills
- • Experience in the automotive space or digital marketplace is ideal
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship building skills
- • Strong business acumen
- • Ability to travel by car within the assigned territory to visit customers face to face
